Role Overview
This is an exciting "ground-floor" opportunity for a motivated individual looking to launch a high-impact career in Tech Sales. As a Junior RSM, you will support our regional growth by identifying new business opportunities and learning how to manage key partnerships. You’ll be mentored by industry veterans while having the autonomy to "hunt" for new accounts and drive real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Actively identify and reach out to potential partners and merchants within key industries like retail, hospitality, and fintech.
- Relationship Support: Assist in managing relationships with distributors and resellers (VARs); help deliver training and product demos.
- Project Coordination: Support the sales cycle from initial contact to successful implementation, ensuring customers have everything they need to succeed.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with our Technical Support and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless experience for our partners.
- Market Insight: Stay curious! Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to help us refine our regional strategy.
- Activity Tracking: Maintain organized records in our CRM to help forecast growth and track your personal success.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Recent graduates with strong internship experience or a "go-getter" attitude are encouraged to apply!
- Experience: 0–3 years of professional experience. We value potential, personality, and work ethic over a long resume.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You should be comfortable presenting to groups and building rapport quickly.
- Tech-Savvy: You have a genuine interest in IoT, hardware, or SaaS and can explain technical concepts in a way that’s easy to understand.
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial, resilient, and ready to learn. You thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel (25–50%) to meet partners and attend industry events.
