RETS Associates on behalf of our client, a privately held real estate investment and operating company specializing in multifamily and mixed-use properties, is seeking an Investment Analyst in San Francisco to support acquisitions and asset management across a multifamily and mixed-use portfolio. This role will focus on underwriting new investment opportunities, conducting financial analysis, and supporting ongoing portfolio performance.
The Investment Analyst will be responsible for building financial models, assisting with due diligence and closings, preparing market research, and supporting investor reporting. This individual will also work closely with lenders, leasing teams, and third-party partners while helping execute asset-level strategies, budgets, and capital projects.
Entry-level candidates with strong internship experience will be considered.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in acquisitions, asset management, or a related real estate field
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and underwriting skills
- Understanding of real estate financial statements and legal documents
- Highly detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Bachelor’s degree required with strong academic performance
Compensation
- $80,000 - $90,000 base salary plus bonus
