Role Overview
We are hiring an in-office Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support outbound growth across multiple business lines, including SaaS products, and marketplace partnerships.
This is a high-impact, outbound-focused role responsible for generating pipeline, qualifying opportunities, and introducing Way’s full product suite to prospective partners and customers.
You will work across different segments depending on business needs, giving you exposure to multiple sales motions and verticals within the company.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and CRM workflows
• Engage with business owners, operators, and decision-makers across automotive and service industries
• Qualify opportunities across multiple Way product lines (marketplace, SaaS, partnerships)
• Clearly communicate value propositions tailored to each use case
• Book qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives
• Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline notes in CRM
• Meet or exceed weekly activity, meeting, and pipeline targets
• Collaborate closely with sales leadership on strategy and messaging
What You’ll Be Selling
Depending on team needs and performance, you may support:
• Car wash supply acquisition and partnerships
• Way+ marketplace growth initiatives
• Shop management and SaaS product offerings
• Strategic vendor and network expansion
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 0–3 years of SDR, BDR, or outbound sales experience
• Strong communication skills and confident phone presence
• Comfortable with cold calling and high activity levels
• Coachable, competitive, and metrics-driven
• Able to adapt messaging across different products and buyer types
• Willing to work full-time in-office in Fremont
