Responsibilities
- Call highly interested potential clients
- Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
- Efficiently handle customer needs and ensure that every customer interaction is a positive one
- Assist the Sales Team as needed
- Help with various administrative tasks
Requirements
- Must possess a PA Personal Lines Insurance License or Property and Casualty License
- Prior customer service/sales experience
- A high energy personality and a love of working with people
- Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills
- Strong attention to detail, time management and decision-making skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high volume call center
- The aptitude to learn quickly
- The ability to work various hours throughout the week to meet business needs including evenings and weekends
- Prefer bilingual in Spanish
