Eco Roofing Solutions is looking for a highly social, self-motivated, and organized Business Development Coordinator. This is a relationship-driven role focused on in-person networking, consistent follow-up, and representing Eco Roofing Solutions out in the community.This position is not desk-based and it is not passive. It requires confidence, initiative, and a strong comfort level with people, both in person and online.
This role requires someone who is genuinely comfortable with:
- In-person networking and relationship building
- Walking into offices, starting conversations, and following up
- Being visible and active on social media daily
- Posting, sharing, and engaging on both personal (can be created specificaly for this role) and Eco Roofing Solutions social media
- Being on camera and representing the Eco brand publiclyIf social media or in-person networking feels intimidating, this role will not be the right fit.

Schedule:
Most hours are standard business hours, with flexibility required. Some events and networking opportunities may take place during evenings or weekends.We are not in a rush to fill this role, we’re focused on finding the right person.
