With over 48 years of experience working across multiple industries, Clark Fixtures has become a leader in the quality verification industry. Our focus on quality and customer service has helped us grow to serve clients around the world.
Clark Fixtures utilizes CAD/CAM to design appropriate tooling around a customer’s product. With guidance from the Project Engineer (PE), the appropriate material, design and features are brought together to fulfill the needs of any given project. As each design is completed, it is reviewed and signed off and then put in a format that can be emailed or uploaded to a secure site. Once these designs are approved by the customer, they are integrated back into our production process.
The Designer is responsible for completing 3D CAD design of production tooling and associated manufacturing drawings within established quality guidelines. Utilizing 3D parametric modeling techniques to provide efficient model design, and toolpath creation, the designer works with Project Engineers to solve design issues to provide a fixture that meets or exceeds the quality the customer requirements, while still being functional and easy for the customer to use.
