Job Description
- Serve as owner's representative on healthcare and hospital projects
- Lead projects from early planning through completion
- Coordinate closely with hospital leadership, facilities teams, and clinical stakeholders
- Manage architects, engineers, consultants, and construction managers
- Oversee budgets, schedules, risk management, and reporting
- Navigate work in occupied and mission critical healthcare environments
- Support feasibility studies and strategic planning for healthcare owners
- Represent ownership with professionalism, discretion, and authority

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager - Healthcare Experience should have:
- A strong background in project management within the construction industry, particularly in healthcare
- Senior level project management experience in healthcare / hospital construction
- Background working with major hospital systems and heavy MEP knowledge
- Experience in owner's project management, developer representation, or equivalent roles
- Strong understanding of clinical environments, phasing, and operational constraints
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead complex, high visibility projects
