We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Amazon Account Manager Rep specializing in Vendor Central and 1P (First-Party) partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our brand presence on Amazon’s Vendor Central platform, ensuring optimal product listings, sales performance, and customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in e-commerce and digital marketing to drive brand success on one of the world’s largest online marketplaces. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of Vendor Central accounts, including order processing, inventory management, and pricing strategies
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize product listings for visibility, conversion rates, and sales growth using SEO tools and keyword research techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content, including product descriptions, images, and enhanced brand content using Adobe Creative Suite and Photoshop
- Monitor account health metrics such as sales performance, customer feedback, and compliance requirements; implement corrective actions as needed
- Analyze sales data with Google Analytics and other analytics tools to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in performance marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns utilizing social media marketing, Facebook Advertising, Google Ads (AdWords), email marketing, and marketing automation tools
- Maintain detailed records of account activities, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives to ensure continuous growth
Skills
- Proficiency with SEO tools, keyword research techniques, and conversion optimization strategies for e-commerce platforms
- Strong understanding of Amazon Vendor Central platform operations and B2B marketing practices
- Experience with content creation including copywriting for product listings and social media management
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as SEM (Search Engine Marketing), Google Ads/AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing campaigns
- Skilled in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with content management systems like WordPress or similar platforms
- Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics or SQL to inform strategic decisions
- Competence in HTML/CSS basics for listing enhancements; familiarity with JavaScript is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on performance marketing metrics; ability to work collaboratively across teams
