ACCOUNT MANAGER (IN-OFFICE)
Full-Time (34.5 hours/week) In-Office Ventura County, CA
We are a full-service creative marketing agency — but not in the traditional sense.
At our core, we operate as an extension of our clients’ businesses. We are their in-house marketing department — managing every digital touchpoint from branding and content to websites, SEO, email marketing, analytics, and ongoing strategy.
We don’t just “post on social.” We build systems, tell stories, solve problems, and help businesses grow with intention.
We are looking for an Account Manager who understands that mindset — someone who is both creative and operational, highly detail-oriented, and capable of seeing the bigger picture behind the work.
About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients while overseeing the execution of ongoing marketing deliverables. You will work closely with leadership and internal team members to ensure all work is completed accurately, on time, and aligned with each client’s overall strategy.
This role requires someone who can balance creative execution, organization, and strategic awareness — not just task completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day execution across multiple client accounts
- Coordinate and track deliverables through Asana
- Lead or support client communication, meeting preparation, and follow-ups
- Oversee content calendars, campaign timelines, and monthly workflows
- Review all client-facing materials for accuracy, grammar, and brand alignment
- Create and refine social media graphics, marketing visuals, and branded assets
- Edit short-form video content for social media and digital use
- Assist in shaping content strategy based on client goals
- Support onboarding of new clients and initial setup workflows
- Collaborate with leadership on strategy and account direction
- Identify gaps, opportunities, or areas needing attention across accounts
Required Skills and Experience
Canva & Graphic Design (Required)
- Advanced proficiency in Canva
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, spacing, and hierarchy
- Ability to create clean, modern, brand-aligned graphics
- Experience building templates and maintaining visual consistency
Video Editing (Required)
- Experience editing short-form video (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Ability to add captions, transitions, and maintain pacing
- Familiarity with tools such as CapCut or similar platforms
Branding & Visual Awareness
- Ability to maintain and apply brand identity across platforms
- Strong attention to detail in design and presentation
- Ability to recognize and correct off-brand content
Understanding of Digital Marketing & Customer Journey
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals
- Understanding of website structure and user experience
- Awareness of how email, social media, and web content work together
- Ability to think beyond individual posts and understand overall strategy

- Canva (advanced proficiency)
- Video editing tools (CapCut or similar)
- Asana
- Google Workspace
- Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Preferred but not required:
- WordPress
- Mailchimp or Constant Contact
Work Environment
- In-office position located in Ventura County
- Monday through Thursday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
- Total weekly hours: approximately 34.5 hours
- Occasional flexibility based on workload
