What To Expect
We're seeking a Digital Content Coordinator to own the delivery of work across our Creative, UX, Product, Engineering and Content teams. This role will facilitate team alignment, manage project timelines and remove barriers to execution through strategic coordination across global operations.
What You'll Do
Project Scoping and Intake: Partner with Charging, Sales, Recruiting, Demand Generation other internal teams to define, prioritize and scope content projects across the organization Strategic Alignment: Maintain ongoing communication with leadership to ensure project priorities reflect business objectives and surface capacity or resourcing constraints Milestone Planning and Accountability: Establish project milestones and delivery dates, maintaining clear accountability and surfacing risks early to keep initiatives on track End-to-End Project Ownership: Track content initiatives from kickoff through delivery, maintaining visibility into timelines, dependencies and delivery health across all phases Asset Coordination and Delivery: Manage review cycles, copy delivery and handoff of creative assets and design files to stakeholders, ensuring quality standards and specifications are met Cross-functional Coordination: Serve as the connective tissue between Creative, UX and Content teams, proactively identifying and resolving blockers Global Team Enablement: Facilitate workflows and communication across distributed teams in multiple time zones Status Reporting: Maintain visibility into active projects, capacity and pipeline through regular reporting to stakeholders and leadership
What You'll Bring
3+ years in project management, preferably in content, creative or digital product environments Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across cross-functional teams Strong communication skills with ability to influence without direct authority Experience with project management tools Comfortable working with global, distributed teams Background in content strategy, UX or creative operations is preferredExperience building or optimizing workflows and processes is preferredFamiliarity with creative production pipelines is preferred

Expected Compensation
$64,000 - $120,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
