The Role
This is a hands-on role responsible for operating the marketing lifecycle engine.
You will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and work closely with marketing and sales teams to manage HubSpot programs, support Salesforce lead flow, execute nurture campaigns, and activate demand generation initiatives.
This position sits at the center of ScreenBeam’s marketing operating system, connecting campaigns, CRM infrastructure, events, and sales activity into a functioning pipeline engine.
The role offers strong growth potential into lifecycle marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations leadership as the marketing team expands.
Responsibilities
Marketing Operations (HubSpot & Salesforce)
- Maintain HubSpot lists, segmentation, lifecycle stages, and campaign tracking.
- Monitor lead routing between HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Maintain database hygiene and perform regular data audits.
- Support development and maintenance of lead scoring models.
- Ensure HubSpot remains the system of record with accurate lifecycle stages, campaign attribution, and segmentation.
- Enforce marketing data standards including lead source tagging and lifecycle accuracy.
Lifecycle Marketing & Nurture Programs
- Build and manage email nurture sequences across audience segments.
- Segment contacts by persona, industry, and engagement behavior.
- Monitor nurture performance and recommend optimizations.
- Ensure campaigns launch with corresponding nurture sequences.
- Identify stalled leads and run re-engagement campaigns.
Demand Generation & Campaign Distribution
- Manage LinkedIn campaign execution including audience setup and budget pacing.
- Launch retargeting campaigns for website visitors and existing contacts.
- Distribute campaigns across nurture programs, paid campaigns, and marketing channels.
- Coordinate with the content agency and marketing team to activate campaign assets across the funnel.
Account-Based Marketing Support
- Maintain ABM target account lists in HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Build list-based sequences and monitor engagement with target accounts.
- Support ABM outreach initiatives in coordination with the sales team.
Event Lead Activation
- Import and tag event leads in HubSpot within 48 hours.
- Launch post-event nurture campaigns.
- Flag high-priority leads to sales immediately and support follow-up.
Sales Handoff & Funnel Coordination
- Monitor leads reaching MQL threshold and notify sales with engagement context.
- Maintain lifecycle visibility from lead capture through opportunity creation.
- Support bi-weekly lifecycle and sales sync meetings with funnel insights.
Reporting & Funnel Analytics
- Maintain weekly marketing performance dashboards.
- Track leads by source, MQL conversion, nurture engagement, and campaign performance.
- Produce a monthly marketing report covering leads, pipeline contribution, content engagement, and database health.
Content & Campaign Coordination
- Work with the content agency to support campaign launches.
- Assist with campaign planning and distribution strategies.
- Identify content opportunities based on funnel gaps and engagement data.
Requirements
You are a good fit if you:
- Have 2–4 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Have hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Have written marketing emails and understand engagement metrics.
- Have exposure to paid social campaigns (LinkedIn preferred).
- Are comfortable analyzing campaign and funnel performance data.
- Are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
Nice to Have
- Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing programs.
- Understanding of campaign tracking and UTM attribution.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, or EdTech.
