Role Description
Naked Diablo Tequila is seeking a Wisconsin Sales Representative to help launch and scale the brand across the state. This is a full-field, general market execution role covering both on-premise and off-premise accounts.
You will be responsible for building distribution, driving trial, and ensuring strong depletion velocity across all account types—from bars and restaurants to liquor stores and retail chains.
This is a ground-floor market build role. Success is defined by execution in the field, not desk-based planning.
Core Mission
Build Naked Diablo from zero into a high-velocity, must-stock brand in Wisconsin by:
- Opening new accounts across on-premise and retail channels
- Driving strong in-store and in-bar product visibility
- Generating trial, repeat purchase, and reorder behavior
- Turning early placements into consistent, high-performing accounts
Key Responsibilities
Account Development
- Build and grow relationships with bars, restaurants, liquor stores, grocery, and chain accounts
- Open new accounts and expand distribution across priority markets (Milwaukee, Madison, Green Bay, and surrounding areas)
- Work closely with distributor partners to identify and secure high-potential accounts
Field Execution
- Be in the market daily visiting accounts, conducting tastings, and building relationships
- Execute in-store sampling, bar activations, and staff trainings
- Ensure strong shelf placement, menu placement, and in-venue visibility
Velocity & Performance
- Track depletion and reorder behavior at the account level
- Identify high-performing accounts and scale focus accordingly
- Quickly address underperforming placements with corrective action or repositioning
Distributor Collaboration
- Partner closely with distributor teams to align on priorities and execution
- Provide real-time feedback from the field to improve placement quality and sell-through
- Help drive internal distributor focus through demonstrated velocity
Market Presence
- Represent Naked Diablo at events, launches, and market activations
- Build authentic relationships with key buyers, operators, and staff
- Be a visible, active presence in the Wisconsin market
Ideal Candidate
- 2–6+ years experience in alcohol sales, hospitality, or high-growth CPG field roles
- Strong relationship-building skills within on-premise and/or off-premise channels
- Comfortable managing a full territory independently
- High level of execution discipline and accountability in the field
- Strong communication skills and ability to open doors quickly
- Entrepreneurial mindset—thrives in early-stage, build-from-scratch environments

- Existing Wisconsin account relationships
- Distributor or supplier-side spirits experience
- Bartending, beverage director, or hospitality background
