LHH is recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator position for one of our clients in the marketing agency/event sector. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented marketer who enjoys juggling digital projects, content, and client-facing work.
Location: Onsite - Greater Milwaukee
Compensation: $55K-$65K base + benefits

What You’ll Do
You’ll support both client initiatives and internal marketing efforts across a variety of channels:
- Launch and manage omnichannel marketing campaigns
- Own social media management and execution
- Develop and publish content across blogs, email, and web platforms
- Repurpose video content into short-form digital assets
- Update website content and use HubSpot
- Coordinate digital advertising timelines and submit assets to partners/publications
- Track campaign and media performance, organizing and reporting on results
- Support asset management and occasional photo/video shoot coordination
- Collaborate directly with clients as needed
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of hands-on marketing or digital marketing experience
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
- Experience with social platforms, CMS tools, and email marketing platforms
- Experience with HubSpot and basic SEO principles
- Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects
- Desire to to learn and grow and work in a team oriented environment
