Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Walmart Account Manager to support the day-to-day management of our Walmart account. This role will assist with sales execution, Retail Link , data entry, inventory coordination, and general account support to help drive business growth across Walmart stores and Walmart.com in Licensed apparel.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Walmart Account Executive in daily account operations and communications
- Create and maintain reports from Retail Link and internal systems to track the item life cycle
- Help monitor store and ecom item setups, pricing, and ecommerce content updates, including product listings and images
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of Walmart programs; Production, Design, Sales, and Operations.
- Track purchase orders, shipments, and inventory levels to help manage inventory both internally and externally
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, line reviews, and business updates as needed
- Monitor account health metrics and flag any issues to the Account Executive
- Help ensure compliance with Walmart requirements and timelines
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of License apparel experience in a sales support, retail, or account coordination role
- Retail Link Experience preferred, but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Salary: $65,000 - $70,000
