Medical Sales Territory Builder

We are a national distributor specializing in bone growth stimulators for spine and orthopedic patients. We partner with leading manufacturers to deliver evidence based products that improve outcomes for patients and surgeons alike.
This role is for someone who wants to build something.
We are looking for a driven, resourceful, relationship focused sales professional who thrives in the field and takes ownership of their territory. This is not a “check the box” sales role. The right person will be highly motivated, organized, resilient, and comfortable creating opportunities through persistence, follow through, and strong relationships.
We are open to experienced medical sales professionals, independent reps with complementary lines, or high potential early career candidates with exceptional drive and work ethic.
What You Will Do
• Call on spine and orthopedic surgeons
• Build long term physician and staff relationships
• Educate patients on prescribed bone growth devices
• Manage cases from surgeon engagement through patient follow up
• Navigate clinics, hospital systems, and reimbursement pathways
• Learn and communicate clinical data clearly
• Stay current on products, outcomes, and competitive technologies
• Own and grow your territory like a business
This is a highly relationship driven field role. You will be in clinics, communicating with physicians and staff, supporting patients, solving problems, and building trust over time.

What We Are Looking For
• Sales experience preferred
• Medical device, pharma, biologics, ortho, spine, DME, or healthcare experience is a plus
• Ability to learn clinical information and communicate it effectively
• Strong follow through and territory management skills
• Comfortable working independently with full accountability
• Residency in MN, ND, or SD with ability to travel
Experience matters, but drive matters more. We are far more interested in work ethic, persistence, emotional intelligence, and resourcefulness than polished interview skills alone.
Compensation
Compensation includes a guaranteed base plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses. Total compensation is designed to grow significantly with territory development and production.
This role is best suited for someone motivated by long term relationship building, performance based income, and the opportunity to grow with an expanding business.
Compensation structure will vary based on experience, existing relationships, and whether the candidate is full time or an independent rep with complementary lines.
