HealthEquity is seeking a Senior Technical Talent Partner to support high‑impact hiring across engineering, security, data, and product technology teams. This role serves as a strategic partner to deeply technical hiring leaders and plays a critical role in improving hiring quality, scaling efficient recruiting operations, and leveraging AI‑driven solutions to modernize talent processes.
What you’ll be doing
• Own full‑cycle recruiting for technical roles, including software engineering, security, and data functions
• Partner closely with engineering and technical leaders to define requirements, calibrate talent, and align on hiring strategy
• Design and execute advanced sourcing strategies for scarce and senior technical talent
• Conduct high‑quality technical screens using structured, competency‑based interviewing
• Leverage AI tools and automation to:Improve sourcing efficiency and pipeline quality
• Automate and optimize recruiting workflows and process flows
• Reduce manual work while maintaining data accuracy and compliance
• Enhance candidate experience and communication consistency
• Advise hiring leaders on candidate assessment, selection, and offer strategy
• Partner with HR and leadership on compensation alignment and offer approvals
• Maintain clean, compliant documentation and reporting in our ATS
• Continuously identify opportunities to modernize and scale technical recruiting processes
• Support broader initiatives tied to diversity recruiting, workforce planning, and employer branding
• Other duties as assigned.
What you will need to be successful
• 6+ years of experience in technical recruiting or technical talent partnership
• Proven success hiring for engineering, security, data, or highly technical roles
• Demonstrated experience using AI‑enabled tools, automation, or intelligent workflows to improve recruiting efficiency, accuracy, or scalability
• Strong partnership skills with senior technical leaders and executives
• Advanced sourcing capabilities, including engaging passive technical talent
• Hands‑on experience with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Sound judgment in technical assessment, compensation discussions, and offer strategy
• Ability to manage multiple complex requisitions without sacrificing quality or candidate experience
• Clear, confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills

Salary Range$90,500.00 To $107,000.00 / year

Onboarding & Travel
This is a remote role, with an in-person onboarding training component. New team members must participate in Trailhead, HealthEquity’s immersive onboarding experience Trailhead is designed to foster meaningful connections, support your integration into the organization, and equip you with a strong understanding of our business. Trailhead participation is a key expectation of this role. Trailhead is held onsite at our headquarters once per quarter. HealthEquity covers all required travel and accommodations.
This role may begin with a virtual, self-paced onboarding experience, followed by a mandatory onsite Trailhead session at a later date.
