We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team in the staffing industry. The ideal candidate is persistent, ethical, energetic, and confident in their ability to connect with people. You will play a key role in expanding our client base through proactive outreach and relationship-building strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, door-to-door visits, and networking
- Develop and manage both cold and warm leads to build a strong sales pipeline
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct client meetings to understand hiring needs and present staffing solutions
- Collaborate closely with recruiting teams to ensure successful placements
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in ATS/CRM systems
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs and sales targets
- Stay informed on industry trends and local market conditions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales within the staffing or recruiting industry
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience using ATS and/or CRM systems
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and high level of persistence
- Comfortable working in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience:
- Staffing Agency Sales: 3 years (Required)
- Account management: 3 years (Required)
- Staffing Agency Services: 3 years (Preferred)
