Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and manage a strategic social media content calendar focused on growth, engagement, and brand awareness

- Film and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok-style, walkthroughs, behind-the-scenes, agent features) Capture content in-office, at properties, and at events

- Create engaging posts for new listings, new construction communities, and company initiatives

-Identify trends and create content that aligns with what’s currently performing

- Analyze performance, test new ideas, and continuously improve content strategy

- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms

- Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and reviews

- Assist in creating content for newsletters and marketing campaigns

- Use Canva, Ripl, and ChatGPT tools to generate engaging content.

- Work with our agents to help them grow their social media presence (on occasion)

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
