You’ll sit at the heart of the project team, supporting delivery on a technically complex, high-profile build:
Project Engineer: What You’ll Be Doing
- Contracts & Documentation: Manage and track RFIs, client communications, and key contract notifications throughout the project lifecycle
- Submittals & Technical Review: Interpret drawings and specifications, driving timely review and approval of submittals and shop drawings
- Procurement Support: Assist in the preparation and coordination of subcontractor and supplier bid packages
- Change Management: Track and support change orders, ensuring all variations are commercially and contractually aligned
- Scheduling: Support project planning, identifying risks and keeping stakeholders aligned on key milestones
- Project Close-Out: Drive close-out activities including punch lists, documentation, and final handover
Project Engineer What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years’ experience in a Project Engineer or similar role within construction
- Strong understanding of RFIs, submittals, and construction documentation
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and technical specifications
- Exposure to project close-out and lifecycle processes
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with clients and project teams
- Ambitious, proactive, and motivated to build a long-term career
