We're looking for a Chief of Staff to join our team, reporting directly to the CEO. Based in New York City.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY for a Chief of Staff. The Chief of Staff will support and collaborate closely with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic priorities, ensure organizational alignment, and improve operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include conducting research and analysis to support decision-making, managing cross-functional initiatives, and acting as a liaison among teams to streamline communication. The Chief of Staff will also oversee key projects, identify and address organizational challenges, and support the CEO in preparing for meetings, presentations, and strategic planning.

Experience
- 4+ years of work experience, ideally with a foundation in consulting, investment banking, or strategy.
- Prior Chief of Staff experience strongly preferred, at a digital health startup ideally, at a fast-scaling startup in another sector next.
- 1+ year at an early-stage startup and 1+ year in healthcare preferred.
- Most importantly: a proven bias to action, entrepreneurial drive, and the ability to compete and win in undefined environments.
Functional Expertise: A "spike" in one or more of strategy, sales, finance, operations, product management, or go-to-market execution.
Analytical & Communication Skills: Exceptional at modeling, synthesizing data, building clear and compelling presentations, and turning insights into decisions. Able to communicate complex ideas with precision.

Compensation and Benefits
- Target Salary: $120,000–$180,000, commensurate with experience
