How You'll Contribute:
We are seeking a Marketing & Design Coordinator for our Marketing Operations team. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for a creative generalist who thrives at the intersection of design, social media, and marketing operations. In this role, you will support day-to-day creative production and content delivery that strengthens the firm's brand presence, advances marketing initiatives, and enhances both internal and external communications across the organization.
You'll support the firm's visual storytelling and content execution, ensuring marketing and brand assets are used accurately, consistently, and projects are delivered on time.
- Design and produce engaging social media content, including graphics, animated posts, and short-form video reels for firm channels
- Build, schedule, and publish social media posts using Oktopost, ensuring alignment with the content calendar
- Create and update digital and print collateral for events, sponsorships, conferences, and firm initiatives (e.g., banners, signage, ads, merchandise)
- Refresh client-facing materials such as fact sheets and brochures by updating layouts, formatting, and coordinating content updates with subject matter experts
- Support branding needs across presentations, templates, internal communications, and marketing materials
- Assist with short-form video editing for event recaps, social media, and internal campaigns
- Manage inbound design requests through the marketing queue and deliver high-quality creative outputs efficiently
- Maintain organized, version-controlled asset libraries and ensure brand consistency across all materials
- Support internal communications such as newsletters and firm announcements through design and production work
Requirements
Skills You'll Bring

- Ability to translate complex or technical content into clear, visually compelling designs
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and file management skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally

- You think like a designer and a marketer—you don't just make things look good, you know how to communicate clearly and effectively
- You're proactive and resourceful, anticipating design needs before they become urgent requests
- You bring ideas for improving visual storytelling, not just executing what's asked
- You're comfortable working within brand standards while still finding creative ways to elevate output
- You're highly responsive, organized, and able to switch quickly between projects without losing quality
- You understand social content performs and are curious about what drives engagement and impact
- You're energized by variety—no two days look the same, and that excites you rather than overwhelms you
