Key Responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle evaluation, due diligence, modeling, and execution of new investment opportunities
- Support active portfolio company management, board strategy, performance analysis, financing initiatives, and operational improvements
- Contribute to capital allocation decisions and ad-hoc investment projects
- Conduct thematic and industry-specific research; prepare high-quality investment memos and presentations
What We’re Looking For
- 1–5 years in investment banking, private equity, consulting, Big 4 accounting, corporate development, or FP&A
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, Excel, and PowerPoint skills with solid financial-statement fluency
- Intellectual curiosity, business judgment, and professional presence that translates quickly to management-team and board-level interactions
- High-achiever with demonstrated horsepower (strong academic record required)
- Midwest roots or strong desire to be in Omaha preferred — relocation assistance available for the right candidate
