We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to fully own and implement the marketing efforts for our two venues, Beacon and Mockingbird. The Marketing Manager will be hands-on, capturing the energy and sharing it with the world; coordinate directly with the owners, designers, and freelancers; and deliver campaigns that fill dance floors, deepen community, and amplify our unique artistic identity. This role is ideal for someone fluent in vertical-native content and comfortable balancing working in an office and at the pace of nightlife.
Key Responsibilities:
Social & Content Leadership
- Establish annual and weekly content pillars and calendars for Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
- Drive strategy for and actively co-produce assets including short-form video, Canva graphics, and on-site event capture
- Source, brief, and schedule photographers/videographers; ensure timely delivery to our content archive
- Recruit and manage influencers
- Co-establish engagement voice and guidelines; manage daily replies, DMs, and tagged-content across all channels
- Set performance KPIs and review analytics dashboards weekly, adjusting strategy to hit targets
Multi-Channel Marketing
- Architect, build, and send email and SMS funnel strategies
- Monitor click-through rates and manage lists
- Coordinate the posting of event details on third-party calendars and websites (e.g., EDM Train, Resident Advisor, RiNo)
- Manage Google reviews and Google My Business profiles
- Manage Squarespace website content
- Design lead magnets, event promos, and giveaways
Team & Resource Management
- Manage workflow with our designer, photographer/videographer pool, and a small bench of local Denver creators
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure all creative output meets quality standards and timelines
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in social, content, or creator work for events, hospitality, or music brands
- Active personal presence on Instagram and TikTok with demonstrated content velocity and taste
- Fluency with vertical-native short-form video; able to shoot, edit, and post within an hour
- Direct experience running a brand social account end-to-end
- Proficiency with analytics tools, email/SMS platforms, and basic design work
- Comfortable working a mix of nights and weekends plus 2-3 office days per week
- Excellent writing and self-management skills; passion for nightlife and music is a must

- Demonstrable hands-on Meta paid media and campaign management experience
- Email/SMS platform fluency
- SEO expertise
- Existing relationships with Denver-based creators, DJs, or promoters
