About Us
Freedom Home Health is a growing Medicare-certified home health agency focused on providing exceptional clinical care and personalized service to our patients.
We’re expanding across Region 9 and seeking an experienced Home Health Sales Representative to build referral partnerships and strengthen our presence within the healthcare community.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $60,000 – $100,000 (depending on experience and sales forecast) **Highly competitive compensation – For experienced Medicare Home Health Sales professionals, we offer the opportunity to exceed your current earnings and pay structure**
- Monthly Commissions (paid one month in arrears)

Schedule
- Full-time, Monday – Friday (8 AM – 5 PM)
- Occasional after-hours and weekend events for networking and community outreach
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with physicians, SNFs, hospitals, and case managers
- Represent Freedom Home Health at community events and health fairs
- Maintain CRM records and forecast weekly sales activity
- Collaborate with operations and clinical teams to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Report KPIs and market intelligence to leadership
Qualifications
- 3 – 7 years of Home Health Sales or Healthcare Marketing experience
- MUST have an existing book of of business and referrals, highly preferred Medicare.
- Proven record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
