Automotive Import Sales Manager
Location: Val Strough Honda – Seaside, CA
Pay: $12,000 – $15,000+ per month (uncapped)

Val Strough Honda in Seaside is looking for an experienced and driven Import Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. This is a great opportunity for a proven automotive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to desk deals, close customers, and develop a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations for showroom and internet sales teams
- Coach, train, and motivate sales staff to meet and exceed goals
- Desk deals, TO customers, and maximize front- and back-end gross
- Track and manage KPIs including closing ratios, gross profit, and unit volume
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSI)
- Collaborate with leadership on pricing strategy, inventory, and lead management
Requirements:
- Previous Automotive Sales Manager experience REQUIRED
- Import brand experience REQUIRED (Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai, Kia, etc.)
- Strong desking, closing, and deal structuring skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales and gross targets
- Experience with CRM systems and internet lead management
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead from the front
Compensation & Benefits:
- $12,000 – $15,000+ monthly earning potential (base + commission/bonus)
