Position Summary:
Precision Infrastructure, LLC is seeking a qualified Consultant to serve as the Responsible Licensed Individual for the company’s Wisconsin Utility Contractor License. This role is engaged for the primary purpose of maintaining compliance with Wisconsin state licensing requirements and ensuring the company remains in good standing to perform utility construction work within the State of Wisconsin.
This is a contract-based, non-employee position and does not require day-to-day operational involvement unless otherwise agreed upon.
Essential Functions:
· Maintain an active and unrestricted Wisconsin Utility Contractor License in good standing.
· Serve as the designated Responsible Individual for Precision Infrastructure, LLC for licensing purposes.
· Ensure compliance with all applicable Wisconsin statutes, administrative codes, and licensing regulations related to utility construction.
· Provide documentation necessary for initial license application and renewal processes.
· Notify the company immediately of any changes that may affect license status.
· Cooperate with regulatory agencies, if required, regarding licensing matters.
· Participate in periodic compliance reviews with company leadership, as needed.
Qualification Requirements:
· Must hold a current, active Wisconsin Utility Contractor License.
· License must be in good standing with no suspensions, restrictions, or pending disciplinary actions.
· Thorough understanding of Wisconsin utility contractor regulatory requirements.
· Minimum experience as required by the State of Wisconsin to qualify for license holder status.
· Ability to enter into a formal consulting agreement.
Additional Information:
· This position is structured as an independent consultant agreement.
· Compensation will be negotiated based on qualifications and scope of responsibility.
· The Consultant will not be responsible for daily field supervision or company operations.
Pay: $1,500.00 per month
