Job Overview
We’re seeking a technical-first, hands-on Anaplan Solutions Architect for a contract role. This position is for a true model builder who works directly in the Anaplan engine—writing logic, troubleshooting defects, and translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Design and own end-to-end architecture for new and existing Anaplan models
- Hands-on development of models, modules, lists, dashboards, and data flows
- Write, optimize, and troubleshoot Anaplan logic
- Translate business requirements into technical designs
- Enforce Anaplan modeling best practices and integration standards
- Manage the full model lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy, enhance
- Partner closely with business leaders and technical teams in an Agile environment
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Anaplan model building experience
- Certified Level 3 Model Builder or Anaplan Solution Architect (Master Anaplanner preferred)
- Experience building models across FP&A, Sales, Supply Chain, or Workforce Planning
- 6+ years of U.S.-based work experience
- Excellent communication skills; able to work directly with leaders and cross-functional teams
- Strong technical problem-solving skills with a doer mindset
Contract & Work Details
- Type: Contract, Remote (U.S. only)
- Preferred Locations:
- #1 Dallas / Fort Worth, TX
- #2 Central Time Zone
- #3 Eastern Time Zone
- Hours: Must work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (CST or EST candidates only)
- Travel: Quarterly travel (1 week) to Dallas HQ required
- International Work: Not approved (no international remote work or travel)
- Vacation: No international travel or extended vacations in first 90 days
- Environment: Agile/Scrum, 2-week sprints, daily video meetings
- Interview Process: Multi-step, all via Microsoft Teams video calls
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $95.00 - $100.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
