Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations, analyze financial data, prepare forecasts, develop budgets, and monitor financial performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals. The role also involves managing financial reporting, maintaining compliance with regulations, and identifying opportunities for cost reduction and financial efficiency. Collaboration with other departments to provide financial insights will be a key responsibility.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting
- Experience with Financial Analysis, Reporting, and Strategic Planning
- Understanding of Compliance, Regulatory Requirements, and Risk Management
- Proficiency in Financial Software and Tools, including Excel
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- CPA or CFA certification is a plus
