Pay Range:$34.21 - $51.31

The Business Performance Consultant supports system-wide operational excellence by identifying, leading, and executing high-impact efficiency initiatives. This position partners closely with department and ministry leadership to address complex organizational challenges through strategic facilitation, data-driven insights, and internal consulting. The consultant drives measurable results by building strong cross-functional relationships, fostering accountability, and ensuring initiatives are implemented effectively and sustained over time. INTERNET SPEED REQUIREMENTS:
• Download speeds must be at least 20 Mb or higher. (100 Mb or higher is preferred.)
• Upload speeds must be at least 6 Mb or higher. (10 Mb or higher is preferred.)

Education Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field required.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Healthcare Administration (MHA), Nursing, or a related field preferred.
Experience Qualifications- 3-5 years of experience in consulting (internal or external), process improvement, or performance management required.
- 1-3 years of healthcare operations experience with exposure to leadership, management, or strategic initiatives required.
- Experience supporting large or multi-site healthcare organizations preferred.
