What You’ll Do
As a full-time sales representative, you will:
- Meet with pre-qualified homeowners and conduct in-home consultations
- Advise and present tailored home improvement solutions
- Close high-value projects and build referral relationships
…and take part in all the activities that make an advisor successful: following up with clients, coordinating with the team, and ensuring every project delivers exceptional results.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking experienced, bilingual (English/Spanish) sales professionals who:
- Have a proven track record in in-home sales, home improvement, real estate, or similar industries
- Communicate confidently and persuasively with clients
- Are tech-savvy enough to navigate CRM, scheduling, and quoting tools (training provided)
- Bring energy, curiosity, and a drive to grow with the company
- Are ready to take ownership of the full sales process, turning every consultation into results and building lasting client relationships
- Are available for evenings and weekends as needed
Compensation & Weekly Support
At ADH Group, your income reflects your impact — there’s no ceiling. Our commission structure is uncapped, because your potential shouldn’t have a ceiling. Typical top performers earn $160,000 – $180,000+ annually. You close. You earn. It’s that simple.
To help you focus on closing deals from day one, we provide a guaranteed $700/week Performance Support for the first 8 weeks, giving you the resources to gain traction in the field.
Starting in week 9, the weekly support aligns with your ongoing performance, measured by clear KPIs and results. This approach rewards advisors who consistently generate high-value business, while providing a solid foundation for success in the role.
Performance bonuses and additional incentives are also available for self-generated leads initiative is always rewarded.
