Ladd & Co. is a private advisory firm representing entrepreneurs, principals, and multi-generational families across M&A, capital placement, international structuring, and complex cross-border matters. The firm operates from New York, Palm Beach, George Town, London, Zürich, Dubai, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Sydney.
The Role
We are appointing a Partnerships Development Representative to grow the firm's professional network across the United States and internationally. This is a full-time, remote, contract role focused on outbound prospecting and partner recruitment.
You will use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email, and the firm's CRM to identify, contact, follow up with, and onboard senior professionals into the firm's partnership programmes. The audience includes trusts and estates lawyers, private client attorneys, CPAs and accounting partners, private bankers, wealth managers, RIAs, family office professionals, M&A advisors, business brokers, fractional CFOs, deal originators, and independent corporate finance professionals.
This is not an automation role. All outreach is manual, personalised, and brand-safe. The firm does not use bots, fake accounts, scraping tools, or any automated LinkedIn activity prohibited under LinkedIn's terms of service.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain qualified prospect lists in LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Send personalised connection requests, messages, and email outreach using approved templates
- Invite qualified professionals to apply to the firm's partnership programmes
- Track every prospect, conversation, and outcome in the firm's CRM
- Follow up consistently with high-value prospects until conversion or decline
- Book onboarding calls where required and hand off to the senior team
- Hit weekly signup, activation, and qualified-introduction targets
- Report daily on activity, pipeline, and outcomes
Who Fits
- Strong written communication, capable of sounding professional rather than salesy when corresponding with senior professionals
- Comfortable with high-volume, repetitive outbound activity as a daily discipline
- Self-managing with strong CRM and pipeline hygiene
- Coachable and responsive to feedback on messaging, targeting, and process
- Commission-motivated, comfortable with a base plus performance compensation structure
- Prior experience in B2B outbound, partnerships, or sales development is preferred but not required
Compensation
Contract role compensated on an hourly basis plus performance-based commission. Hourly rate $16 to $22, with commission paid on approved partner signups, programme activations, and qualified introductions. Total annual compensation $80,000 to $120,000 for full-time engagement, with material upside for top performers.
Process
