Role Overview We are looking for a hungry Financial Analyst in Dallas to join our core team. This is a high-impact, high-upside role for someone who lives and breathes financial analysis, reporting, modeling, presentations, and turning numbers into strategy. The exact profile that comes from investment banking, Big 4, or intense corporate finance.
You will support our company operations (including Alchemy 43, Upkeep Med Spa and other brands), work directly with CEO and leadership, and play a key role in tracking performance, building forecasts, and driving profitability across multiple locations.
Compensation & Upside
- Base Salary: $80,000 ($100k Year 2)

Key Responsibilities
- Own financial reporting, P&L analysis, and performance tracking across Texas locations
- Build and maintain financial models, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Create executive-level presentations, KPI dashboards, and performance decks for leadership.
- Analyze store-level profitability (labor, inventory, cost of goods, marketing ROI, etc.)
- Support month-end close processes and ad-hoc strategic projects.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to drive growth and margins.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in investment banking, Big 4, corporate finance, or high-volume financial reporting
- Excel and PowerPoint mastery — you build clean models and sharp decks quickly.
- Strong understanding of P&L, financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Self-starter with an owner’s mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Extremely ambitious, detail-oriented, and willing to live and breathe the role.
- Based in Dallas (in-office role)
- Passion for beauty/wellness and scaling businesses is a big plus.
