What You’ll Do
This isn’t your average entry-level sales role. As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Splitit, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth engine, driving conversations with top-tier merchants and setting the stage for game-changing partnerships.
You’ll collaborate closely with Senior Account Executives, learn the art of full-cycle sales, and help expand Splitit’s footprint across industries and continents.

- Collaborate to Win: Set the meetings for the Senior Sales Reps to build pipeline, prep killer demos, and strategize outreach that turns prospects into partners.
- Master the Tools: Keep your CRM (HubSpot) sharp and your metrics clean - you’ll own your data like a pro.
- Keep Learning: Absorb mentorship from seasoned sales leaders, sharpen your pitch, and grow into a full-cycle Account Executive role.

Who You Are
You’re hungry, curious, and ready to make waves in fintech. You love connecting with people, learning fast, and turning conversations into results. You’re not afraid to pick up the phone, take initiative, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Here’s what makes you stand out:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles. (Experience in BNPL, eCommerce, or Payments? Even better.)
- Excellent communicator with an instinct for building relationships.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Competitive mindset - you love goals, metrics, and seeing your effort pay off.
- Comfortable using CRMs (HubSpot preferred).
- A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
