Carolina Energy Conservation is continuing to grow and is looking for a motivated, results-driven in-home sales professional to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with homeowners, identifying problems, and providing real solutions that improve comfort and energy efficiency.

- What You'll DoMeet with homeowners through company-provided leads as well as self-generated opportunities
- Perform in-home evaluations to identify issues related to insulation, airflow, moisture, and energy efficiency
- Design and present customized solutions including attic upgrades, crawlspace systems, air sealing, and duct improvements
- Guide customers through the decision process with a consultative, educational approach
- Close sales while maintaining a high level of professionalism and trust
- Manage your pipeline, follow up consistently, and document activity in CRM software
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation
- What We're Looking ForExperience in in-home sales or related industries (home improvement, HVAC, roofing, real estate, etc.)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage a full sales cycle from lead to close
- Self-motivated with good time management and follow-up habits
- Comfortable using CRM systems and mobile technology
- Detail-oriented and organized
- High level of integrity and customer-first mindset
- Work EnvironmentWork takes place in customers' homes, including attics and crawlspaces
- Must be comfortable with varying conditions (heat, humidity, dust, confined spaces)
- Ability to safely access roofs and use ladders when needed
- Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs
- Regular driving within the service area
