Location: Outer Banks, NC/Elizabeth City, NC/Chesapeake, VA/Moyock, NC
Compensation: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission (Potential earnings $90K+)

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct detailed property inspections — attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor areas included
- Identify pest-related risks
- Develop customized pest control solutions for residential and commercial clients
- Build lasting customer relationships to drive repeat business
- Manage your sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue goals
Qualifications
- Sales-minded professional with a drive to win
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical inspections in attics/crawlspaces
- Willingness and ability to work in all weather conditions
- Pest control industry experience a plus — training provided for the right fit
