We are expanding into the United States market and are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us build a strong sales pipeline and generate new business opportunities.
#Role Overview
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving our growth in the U.S. market. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching out to prospects, and scheduling qualified meetings for the leadership team.
This is an outbound sales-focused role ideal for someone who is proactive, target-driven, and eager to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
# Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients across industries (startups, SMEs, enterprises)
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
- Generate and qualify leads based on company criteria
- Schedule discovery meetings and demos for the sales team
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate data
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach strategies
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for lead generation and meetings booked
#Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or sales role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with outbound prospecting (cold emails, calls, LinkedIn outreach)
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment

- Experience in IT services, SaaS, or consulting sales
- Understanding of digital solutions (web/mobile apps, SAP, marketing services)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Base salary + performance-based commission
