What You’ll Do
- Consult & Design: Visit homeowners to listen to their needs, assess their projects, and provide expert design solutions for roofing, siding, windows, baths and more.
- Build Trusting Relationships: Act as a dedicated advisor. Our success is built on honesty, clear communication, and ensuring the customer feels confident in their investment.
- Visual Presentations: Use digital tools (SketchUp/CAD) to create layouts that help clients visualize their home’s transformation.
- Manage the Journey: Handle the full sales cycle—from initial measurements and product selection to signed contracts and project hand-offs.
Requirements (Must Have)
- Background Check: Must be able to successfully pass a comprehensive background check.
- Reliable Transportation: You must have your own reliable vehicle to travel to scheduled client appointments.
- Valid Insurance: Proof of valid vehicle insurance and a clean driving record are required.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: You must be comfortable with a 100% commission structure and driven by results.
- People First: Strong active listening skills and the ability to explain technical concepts simply.
- Design-Minded: Proficiency with design software (SketchUp/CAD) is a major advantage.
