CourtLink is the go-to platform for pickleball players to find courts and connect with their community across the East Coast—and it’s growing fast. They’re looking for a sharp, plugged-in Social Media Manager to help expand their brand presence and storytelling.
This role is open as either a part-time Social Media Manager/ internship, with an initial duration of 2–3 months and potential to extend. What matters most: you have hands-on social media experience, can showcase your work, and are excited to jump in.
This is a strategy + execution role focused on creating clean, on-brand content efficiently and consistently. A love for pickleball is a definite bonus.
You’ll work directly with the CEO and advisors, owning day-to-day content and shaping how CourtLink shows up online. Your work will reach real players, your ideas will get real airtime, and things will move fast.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and Threads—planning, scheduling, and adapting as the product evolves
- Collaborate with the CEO and advisors to turn company milestones, product updates, and community moments into compelling content
- Capture content on-site at facilities and events, representing CourtLink when needed
- Write copy, source visuals, and publish posts with a consistent, energetic, community-first voice
- Monitor engagement, track trends in the pickleball space, and bring proactive ideas weekly
- Track and report on key metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and iterate based on performance
- Support community management by responding to comments and engaging with players and facilities
Qualifications
- Experience managing social media for a brand, organization, or personal platform
- Strong understanding of what makes content engaging (and why it works)
- Clear, fast, and accurate writing with a distinct voice
- Proactive, self-starter mindset
- Comfortable in fast-moving environments with changing priorities
- Interest in pickleball, wellness, or community-driven apps
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or short-form video editing
- Bonus: Startup or early-stage company experience
- Bonus: You play pickleball (or want to learn)
