Maclyn is hiring a Marketing Coordinator, Experiences to support integrated marketing campaigns, brand activations, and experiential programs across multiple markets nationwide.
Job Description
As part of the Experiences team, you will help plan and execute 300+ events annually while supporting day-to-day account coordination, logistics, inventory management, and event operations.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to learn all aspects of experiential marketing and event production.
Reporting to the Director of Experiences, this position will collaborate closely with internal teams, event staff, vendors, and partners to help ensure seamless program execution from planning through on-site activation.
This role is ideal for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual with 1–3 years of experience in an agency, events, marketing, or experiential environment who is excited to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative team. Experience supporting live events, promotional activations, or large-scale experiential programs is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of experiential marketing programs, brand activations, and live events across multiple markets
- Assist with event logistics, timelines, staffing coordination, and vendor communications
- Help manage warehouse operations, event assets, inventory tracking, and other operational project needs
- Coordinate internal project deliverables and provide administrative support to the Experiences team
- Support on-site event execution as needed, including occasional evening, weekend, and travel requirements
- Maintain strong attention to detail across schedules, reporting, and program documentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless program execution
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented team culture
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, events, experiential, agency, or related environments
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive with a strong willingness to learn
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Comfortable with occasional travel, evening, and weekend work based on event schedules and business needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools is a plus

Additional Details
- Hybrid position located in Chicagoland area
- In-office days at Naperville location required multiple times per week
- Some travel & weekend work required
- This role may require standing for extended periods during events, lifting and moving event materials up to 25 pounds, and occasional travel to event sites and warehouse locations.
Compensation
- Annual Salary: $45,000 - $55,000
- 15 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) annually
