Position Overview
The Project Manager – New Product Introduction & Strategic Execution is responsible for leading and coordinating cross-functional projects that support FallTech’s product development, operational improvement, and strategic business initiatives.
This role serves as a central point of coordination between Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Management, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to ensure projects are properly scoped, planned, executed, and delivered successfully.
The ideal candidate combines strong project management discipline with operational understanding, technical communication skills, and the ability to drive accountability across teams. This individual must be capable of managing multiple concurrent initiatives while balancing timelines, resources, risk, and business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Lead projects from initiation through completion, ensuring deliverables are achieved on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop and maintain:
- Detailed project plans
- Timelines and milestones
- Resource plans
- Risk registers
- Action item trackers
- Budget and cost tracking reports
- Coordinate project schedules across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and external vendors.
- Monitor project performance and proactively address delays, bottlenecks, and competing priorities.
New Product Introduction (NPI) & Product Launch Coordination
- Lead cross-functional teams through the New Product Introduction (NPI) process from concept through commercialization.
- Coordinate engineering readiness, manufacturing readiness, tooling, testing, compliance, packaging, and go-to-market activities.
- Ensure all departments are aligned on launch timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Facilitate product launch readiness reviews and milestone approvals.
- Support product lifecycle management initiatives, including product changes, revisions, and phase-outs.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary liaison between Engineering, Operations, Product Management, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Quality, and Executive Leadership.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful execution.
- Facilitate meetings, communicate priorities, and maintain accountability across teams.
- Provide regular project status updates, executive summaries, and escalation reports.
Strategic Operations & Process Improvement
- Support operational improvement initiatives related to:
- Manufacturing efficiency
- Workflow optimization
- Product launch execution
- Resource utilization
- Time-to-market reduction
- Identify opportunities to improve project execution methodologies, communication flow, and organizational efficiency.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives involving scaling operations, process standardization, and organizational effectiveness.
Risk Management & Governance
- Identify project risks, constraints, and dependencies early in the project lifecycle.
- Develop mitigation plans and contingency strategies to minimize project disruption.
- Establish governance structures, reporting standards, and accountability frameworks to improve project visibility and execution discipline.
- Ensure projects comply with company standards, ISO requirements, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
Data Analytics, Reporting & Business Insights
- Develop and maintain project dashboards and reporting tools using:
- Excel
- Power BI
- ERP systems
- Project management platforms
- Track KPIs related to:
- Project completion
- Schedule adherence
- Budget performance
- Resource utilization
- Product launch readiness
- Use data-driven insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Manufacturing Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Business Administration
- Operations Management
- Or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive project management experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or regulated product environments.
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced operational settings.
- Experience supporting or leading New Product Introduction (NPI) programs strongly preferred.
- PMP certification preferred.
Technical & Business Skills
- Strong proficiency with project management tools such as:

- MS Project
- Asana
- Monday.com or similar platforms

Pay: $106,350.00 - $135,500.00 per year
