Position Summary
The Operations Manager will oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of the company, including order management, inventory control, logistics, and financial operations (A/R, A/P, invoicing). This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage processes end- to-end, improve efficiency, and ensure accuracy across all operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations & Order Management: Oversee full order lifecycle, ensure accuracy and timely processing, coordinate teams, and improve processes.
- Inventory & Warehouse Management: Manage inventory levels, cycle counts, stock planning, and warehouse optimization.
- Shipping & Logistics: Supervise shipping operations, manage carriers, ensure cost efficiency and on-time delivery.
- Financial Operations: Oversee A/R, A/P, invoicing, and collaborate on financial reporting.
- Systems & Process Optimization: Manage ERP systems (Sage, Oracle, Odoo) and improve workflows.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop teams, define KPIs, and train staff.
- Six Sigma Experience/Exposure
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; 5+ years in operations; experience in inventory, logistics, A/R, A/P; ERP experience.
- Preferred: Experience in dental or medical device industry; FDA knowledge; experience in scaling operations.
