Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Specialist, based in Kenosha, WI. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, supporting sales efforts, managing customer relationships, and executing marketing campaigns. Additional responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance, generating reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Experience in conducting market research and analyzing relevant data to inform marketing efforts
- Familiarity with marketing strategy development and the ability to contribute to strategic planning processes
- Customer service skills and a customer-oriented mindset to foster positive relationships and understanding of customer needs
- Basic sales acumen to support sales team initiatives and improve customer interactions
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, or related software is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Prior experience in industrial, healthcare, or technology sectors is a plus
