Strategy & Operations Manager

A rapidly scaling hyperscale infrastructure developer is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to join a highly visible internal transformation and operational enablement team based in Dallas.
This is not a traditional project management or PMO role.
This team sits at the center of the organization and partners across leadership, operations, engineering, supply chain, finance, talent, and other business functions to improve how the company scales operationally as it continues growing at pace.
The role focuses on identifying operational friction, improving cross-functional alignment, simplifying complexity, and helping teams operate more effectively together across a fast-moving and evolving environment.
The ideal candidate is someone who naturally thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving organizational challenges, and can build strong relationships across all levels of a business while balancing strategic thinking with practical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to improve operational alignment and organizational effectiveness
• Identify communication gaps, operational friction points, and opportunities to improve collaboration across teams
• Lead strategic initiatives focused on organizational scalability, operational consistency, and execution alignment
• Facilitate conversations across multiple business functions to understand dependencies, challenges, and workflow breakdowns
• Build lightweight operational frameworks and scalable processes without creating unnecessary complexity or bureaucracy
• Support leadership teams with prioritization, strategic planning, and execution of high-priority initiatives
• Operate as an internal strategic partner helping the organization scale effectively across evolving business needs
• Simplify complex operational challenges into practical, actionable solutions
Ideal Background:
• Experience within strategy, operations, transformation, business operations, organizational effectiveness, enterprise transformation, consulting, or strategic initiatives environments
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and executive communication experience
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environments
• Strong organizational and systems thinking capabilities
• Naturally collaborative, relationship-oriented, and adaptable
• Experience navigating complex organizations and driving alignment across multiple teams
• Consulting, strategy & operations, transformation, chief of staff, or business operations backgrounds highly relevant
