Role: Strategy Finance Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Strategy Finance Manager to join our executive leadership team. Acting as a "Chief of Staff" to the Finance organization, this role is designed for a strategic thinker who operates as an orchestrator and advisor.
In this position, you will own the execution of strategic corporate initiatives, align cross-functional priorities, and ensure that complex financial projects are driven to completion. You will work closely with the CFO and SVP Finance to turn high-level vision into actionable results, acting as the connective tissue between finance and the rest of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Initiatives & Project Management: Orchestrate, manage, and drive high-priority corporate initiatives. Ensure cross-functional dependencies are aligned and projects are delivered on time.
- Strategic Advisory & Consulting: Partner with finance leadership to evaluate new business opportunities, corporate development, and operational improvements.
- Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison bridging the finance leadership team with department heads and operational leaders across the company.
- Prioritization & Operations: Act as an internal consultant and operational anchor. Help the leadership team prioritize strategic objectives, manage meeting cadences, and track performance against goals.
- Big Picture Thinking & Financial Modeling: Connect daily operations and tactical execution to long-term corporate goals. Provide data-driven recommendations and strategic insights.
Compensation: $130-140k + 10-20% bonus
Qualifications & Background
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a highly strategic FP&A/corporate finance role.
