Position Available: Sales-Key Accounts
Department: Sales
The ND Mill is seeking a Sales employee in Key Accounts to assist in the growth and marketing of North Dakota Mill products. Identifying opportunities for sales growth and increased profitability.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Help develop marketing plan to increase sales volume and customer growth. Control, monitor and maintain sales metrics that are put in place. Close sales by overcoming objections. Promote the sale of North Dakota mill products. Develop new customers. Understanding of contracting and markets. Help train new Sales Reps, and Customer Service Reps. Travel as necessary to meet customers to build relationships and qualify potential. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Good Communication skills. Knowledge of sales and marketing. Strong customer relations. Good negotiation and organizational skills. Knowledge of grain markets and/or grain experience helpful.
Education and/or training:
Bachelor’s degree in management or marketing, 5+ years flour milling sales, or 5+ years Sales experience.
