As a Technical Product Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and managing new products and features that empower business customers to efficiently set up and manage their Business accounts and procurement processes. What's the Job?
- Own strategic planning to achieve business objectives and define product vision, experimentation roadmap, and KPIs to measure impact and progress.
- Collaborate closely with software managers, engineers, UX designers, and business stakeholders to develop requirements, prioritize needs, and manage project milestones and roadmaps.
- Organize customer research and studies to inform new technology investments and enhance product experience designs.
- Establish data-driven mechanisms to identify product and customer experience gaps and opportunities.
- Work with technical teams to understand root causes of customer pain points and drive solutions that exceed expectations, including piloting experiences, collecting data, and iterating towards full-scale deployment.
What's Needed?
- 7+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology roles.
- Proven experience with end-to-end delivery of software products from conception through deployment.
- Strong understanding of feature delivery, trade-offs, and roadmap strategy and definition.
- Ability to contribute to engineering discussions regarding technology decisions and strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with a collaborative approach across diverse teams.
