Professional audio video company with premium clientele wishing to expand our customer service team.
Primary responsibilities:
* Customer Service (3+ years experience) via phone, email
* Answer all incoming phone calls and emails in a friendly manner and ascertain reason for calling, transfer calls
* Prepare schedules for special projects
* Provide administrative support to review, source, and prepare a proposal. This includes identifying required components, confirming capability, obtaining pricing from vendors, and compiling a formal proposal for client review.
*Create and maintain lists and excel spreadsheets
*Communicate with in-house staff and clients
Secondary Responsibilities:
* Utilize computer technology and process service requests
Requirements:
* Precise and friendly communication skills
* Strong math skills/capability
* Strong excel spreadsheet knowledge
* Serious work ethic
* Knowledge of Quickbooks required
* Strong typing and grammar - 50wpm
