What You’ll Do
- Support day‑to‑day accounting operations including general ledger maintenance
- Assist with month‑end close, reconciliations, and journal entries
- Collaborate with operational teams on budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting
- Serve as a liaison between accounting and field/operations teams
- Handle bookkeeping and accounting for smaller affiliated business entities
- Prepare and maintain financial statements using QuickBooks
- Assist with process improvements and modernization of accounting practices
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of accounting experience
- Experience with QuickBooks; Sage 300 exposure is helpful but not required
- Solid Excel skills and comfort with accounting systems and automation
- Detail‑oriented, collaborative, and adaptable professional
