Duties
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and targeted marketing strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive inspections and tailored services to client needs, showcasing solutions that drive customer success.
- Lead negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while upholding company standards and policies.
- Utilize CRM software such as Active Campaign to track leads, manage customer information, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness in target markets.
- Provide ongoing account management by upselling additional products or services, resolving client issues promptly, and fostering long-term relationships that maximize revenue.
- Pay listed is the base pay with a no cap commission structure and a clear structure for your growth in the company
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- A strong competitive spirit and a self motivated spirit
- Exceptional communication skills verbally and written.
- Strong business development skills including lead generation and strategic planning.
- Ability to conduct detailed analysis of market trends and customer needs to tailor solutions accordingly.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining high levels of customer service and professionalism.
