About the Role
You'll support BlueAcorn's retail growth by managing product listings, responding to customer reviews/inquiries, and helping drive the branding and sales across major retail platforms. This is a great fit for someone who blends marketing instincts with operational follow-through.
What You'll Do
• Create and upload new product listings across retail platforms, ensuring content accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor and respond to customer questions and reviews, leveraging AI tools to draft timely, brand-appropriate responses.
• Track customer feedback trends and surface insights to the team.
• Manage customer-facing email inboxes triaging and resolving inquiries related to orders, products, and returns.
• Coordinate with internal teams on defective product escalations and return communications.
• Support sales reporting by formatting order data from retail portals into the Sales Report.
• Create and publish promotion and marketing contents on social media accounts and company websites
What We're Looking For
• Experience with retail content platforms or e-commerce product listings.
• Strong written communication skills — you're comfortable representing the brand in customer-facing responses.
• Familiarity with AI writing tools and ability to use them efficiently for drafting.
• Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple inboxes and tasks simultaneously.
